Prasada is a dedicated and compassionate Trauma-informed Breathwork Coach on a mission to empower others on their healing journeys.
My approach to breathwork is rooted in creating a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their inner landscape, release stored tension, and cultivate resilience.
I hold a Pause Certification in Trauma-Informed Breathwork, a Quantum Health Coach Certificate, and a HeartMath Trauma Certification. Combining breath and HRV training I offer many tools to incorporate into your daily life, releasing anxiety and stress, building your muscles of resilience and vitality.
My commitment to ongoing education ensures that I stay informed about the latest developments in trauma research and breathwork techniques.
I have extensive knowledge about the nervous system, and how the autonomic nervous system affects our body, our mind, and our overall mental health and wellness.
Through my own journey, I discovered the power of breathwork in improving both physical and mental health.
I am passionate about sharing this knowledge with others, teaching them to regulate their nervous system, and improving their overall well-being.
I integrate mindfulness practices, somatic awareness, and breathwork techniques to guide you on a transformative journey toward healing and self-empowerment.

What to bring
Caspar experiences mild and pleasant temperatures throughout most of the year. High temperatures range from the 65-75*F, while lows can dip down to the 40-50*F range. Layered clothing is the best way to be comfortable in all seasons.
We will be laying down in several of the sessions. Being comfortable and warm is key. If you are driving from home and can easily transport comfortable items for the sessions such as blankets, a pillow, a tri-fold mat, that is great. I will have limited items on hand to share with those who cannot bring these items with them.
Comfortable layered clothing, prepared for warm or cold weather
Comfortable walking shoes
Yoga mat, Cozy blankets and pillow for sessions (if possible)
Eyemask
Small trifold mattress for sessions (if available)
